When will my order be shipped?
Please allow a delay between 1 and 14 business days for the process of your order. You’ll receive an email once your order has been shipped. Don’t forget to check your junk mailbox!
How can I choose the right size for my dog?
You can consult our size chart to properly measure your pet. Don’t hesitate to contact us for advice, it will be our pleasure to help you!
How to make an exchange?
Returns are not possible. However, if the size you have selected does not suit your pet, you can always make an exchange. Please contact us indicating your order number and we will give you the steps to follow in order to proceed with the exchange.
How can I take care of my accessories?
All of the accessories can go in the washer. We recommend that you use a mesh washing bag to preserve your accessories as well as your washer. Make sure to wash them on a delicate cycle and to not add fabric softener. Please hang out your accessories for drying. Do not bleach and do not iron.
